Return Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 natural days from the date of delivery.

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must:

  • Be unused and unworn

  • Be in their original condition

  • Include all original tags and packaging

  • Show no visible signs of wear, damage, or use

Accepted Return Reasons

We accept returns for the following situations:

  • Buyer's remorse

  • Wrong item received

  • Defective or damaged products

  • Non-defective items in original condition

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and product integrity reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Earrings, necklaces, rings, or other jewelry items showing obvious signs of wear or use

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications

  • Items returned without original packaging or tags

Return Shipping Costs

  • For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, the return shipping cost will be covered by itaido. A prepaid return label may be provided when applicable.

  • For non-defective returns or buyer's remorse returns, customers may be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Return Fees

  • No return handling fees

  • No restocking fees

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return or refund request, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team by email within 30 natural days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if the item is defective or incorrect.

  3. Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions.

  4. If approved, please return the item to our designated return warehouse address below.

  5. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange.

Refund Processing Time

  • After we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.

  • Depending on your payment provider or bank, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Customs Duties, Taxes & Fees

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, sales taxes, or additional fees required by U.S. regulations.

These charges are determined by local government authorities and are not collected or controlled by itaido.

Seasonal Return Extensions

During major holiday shopping periods such as Christmas, return periods may be extended temporarily. Any seasonal extensions will be announced on our website when applicable.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.

itaido is not responsible for lost packages, delays, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect shipping information provided by customers.
